Can I get an estimate over the phone?

Yes, you are able to get standard estimates over the phone. Once a walk through is preformed it is likely that the price could change.

Does VFS have a cancellation policy?

Yes, any long time services can be canceled with a thirty days written notice.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No, many services can be preformed as a one time service, but if long term services are need, a contract is necessary. All contract are easy to terminate.

Does VFS provide services other than general cleaning?

Yes, we provide strip & wax, disinfecting services, hardfloor care, wood floor restoration, and even painting service for commercial and retail facilities. If you don’t find the specific service you are looking for get in touch with us today.

Does VFS have proper insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured and bonded. We provide all customers with a certificate of insurance naming them as certificate holders.

What type of facilities do you specialize in?

We clean commercial facilities such as: schools, houses of worship, medical facilities, offices, store complexes, movie theaters, resorts, and many other locations.

If there is a problem, who can I call?

In the case of any problem, you would be able to get directly in touch with your Account Manager. 

How can we identify VFS staff when in our facility?

All of our employees are required to wear uniforms and carry identification.

What size accounts do you service?

Victory Facility has plenty of experience cleaning both large and small facilities, and we understand the different needs for different locations. With that being said, we clean locations of all sizes.

What is included in a basic cleaning ?

A basic clean includes the cleaning of floors, carpets, dusting, restrooms cleaning/disinfecting, and garbage removal.
